During our reading we were discussing pipelines, so we figured we would make one.
- duck tape (class favorite by now)
- building blocks for the structure
The project was fairly straightforward with the students having to make a waterline at least a meter long and we would pour in one liter of water. However, they could not touch their project after we started pouring the water.
Whoever had the least amount of leakage won the competition. Kara ended up winning and we all agreed it was because of her excellent work at the joints where the duct tape seemed to fail the others a little bit.
